We had a slightly longer discussion about Vora, with different typologies, we want it to be a unifying factor, we trusted a psychologist, Blerim Shera, a teacher in the 9-year school &#8220;<\/em>, said Veliaj.<\/p>\n<p>While Emirjana Sako will compete for the municipality of Durr\u00ebs and Rahim Spahiu for the municipality of Dibra.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;For the Municipality of Dib\u00ebr we have proposed the name of Rrahim Spahiu, 55 years old, with a long career in public administration and banking.
