Lezha Police has successfully finalized another police operation, codenamed ‘BAOFENG’, in the framework of which it became possible to arrest the citizen Fatjon Marku, declared wanted for production and sale of narcotics, carried out in the form of a structured group criminal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Citizen Fatjon Marku, 33 years old, resident in Lezha, was caught by the Police services, circulating as a passenger in the vehicle driven by citizen FK<\/p>\n
The latter did not obey the order of the police to stop, while after a few minutes of pursuit it became possible to stop the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Citizen Fatjon Marku was declared wanted, after the Shkodra Judicial District Court, in 2018, imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics.” <\/p>\n
Also, with the decision of 28.12.2021, the Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption has sentenced him to 14 years in prison, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics”, committed in the form of a structured criminal group, “Group of structured criminal \u201d,\u201c Illegal possession of weapons \u201dand\u201c Opposition of a public order police officer \u201d.<\/p>\n
During the control exercised over him, the police found and seized a knife and 1 transceiver radio like those of the Police.<\/p>\n
At the end of the actions, the driver of the vehicle, citizen FK, was prosecuted for the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime”. <\/p>\n
The investigative materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Lezha Judicial District, for the criminal offenses “Production, sale, illegal possession of cold steel”, “Unlawful possession of a uniform” against the citizen Fatjon Marku and the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime” in charge of the citizen FK<\/p>\n
