he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Gutenev, many other countries will leave the US SWIFT system by choosing other alternatives such as the Russian SPFS system &#8211; for financial transfer messages, which has been launched since 2016.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why both Russia and other SWIFT &#8220;withdraws&#8221; will escape the watchdog of US intelligence, which Gutenev said the SWIFT system is &#8220;absolutely transparent&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Almost all payments made in our country are for them an open book.  &#8220;And with this nudity of confidential financial information, they can cause competition problems in global markets.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Although SWIFT is used by 11,000 financial institutions, it is not a universal system, not to mention that it is not possible to exclude Russia at the request of the United States alone,&#8221; Gutenev said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The US can not exclude us without excluding the EU.  &#8220;Theoretically, they can make the decision together with the EU, but I do not believe that will happen,&#8221;
