So far it is learned that the child is in serious condition for life.<\/p>\n<p>The family that happened to be in the vehicle is from Kuk\u00ebs, while it is learned that 2 or more people are still trapped down.  A citizen was pulled out alive while being escorted to the hospital for medical assistance.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/top-channel.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/415484.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"344\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2032110\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elbasan \/ preliminary information <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Around 09:10, on the road axis Elbasan-Librazhd, the place &#8220;Kthesa e Murrashit&#8221;, a vehicle went off the road and as a result fell into the Shkumbin River.
