It is learned that another vehicle was diverting stones on the road and collided with the ML type car that lost control and fell into the Shkumbin River.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In the images of Top Channel it seems that the fall of large stones is continuing which is causing problems in the circulation of vehicles, which seem to be moving carefully and slowly to avoid another accident.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of this accident, three people died, citizen EK 53 years old and his wife, citizen E. K 35 years old, as well as citizen ES 18 years old.  The hospital is in serious condition for life two other people, citizen E. K about 10 years old, who is in a coma and was transported to Tirana and citizen A.
