Wearing masks is mandatory outside.  &#8220;In the coming weeks we will continue on that path of reopening.  &#8220;Based on scientific evidence, we will announce the schedule for lifting the current restrictions,&#8221; Draghi said at a cabinet meeting, according to his office.<\/p>\n<p>More than 80 percent of Italians received two doses of the vaccine and more than 57 percent received a third booster dose.  Draghi said COVID-19 certifications will be valid indefinitely for those who have received the third dose of the vaccine.
