The strongest electoral race is expected to be in the 2 major municipalities, Shkodra and Durres.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Democratic camp finds it harder than ever to maintain its stronghold, the northern capital due to disruption.  The DP leadership made official the name of Xhemal Bushati, former chairman of the Municipal Council, who will face not only the candidacy of the SP, Prefect Majlinda Angoni, but also that of Sali Berisha, who is the former MP Bardh Spahia.<\/p>\n<p>Feverish competition will also be in Durr\u00ebs.  Basha and Berisha have decided to compete with the two officials of the Democratic Party in this Municipality.  The blue headquarters with the president of the branch Luan Hoti while the re-establishment group with the vice president of the branch Ardian Muka.  Edi Rama as the most voted deputy of the region will seek to preserve the Municipality with the incumbent mayor Emirjona Sako. <\/p>\n<p>Dibra candidate, businessman Luan Haka, held hostage the officialization of the Democratic Party names due to the lack of consensus on his name.  Sali Berisha with the support of the SMI will aim to regain the Municipality with the teacher Premtim Kryemadhi, while the Socialists with the banker Rrahim Spahiu.<br \/>In Lushnja, the Democrats who support Basha and Berisha tried a union that failed, leading to two separate candidacies.  Lulzim Basha targets the Municipality with the party lawyer Indrit Sefa, while Sali Berisha has placed them in front of the lawyer Elton Bano.
