A 40-year-old notary has been handcuffed by the police in Tirana, after being accused of abusing her duty and stealing money from various citizens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
It is about the citizen Rezarta Ko\u00e7i, who from the investigative actions results that during the exercise of the duty as a notary has illegally appropriated significant monetary amounts from different citizens.<\/p>\n
Recall that, two months ago the notary was put tritol in the vehicle owned by her. The event took place in one of the most frequented neighborhoods of the capital “Paris Commune”, by as yet unidentified persons.<\/p>\n

Specialists of the Corruption Investigation Section in DVP Tirana, in cooperation with the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Tirana, in the framework of several uninterrupted police and procedural work, successfully organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Notary”, as a result whose citizen was detained: <\/p>\n
– RK, 40 years old, notary, for the criminal offenses “Abuse of duty” and “Theft committed by abusing duty”.<\/p>\n
From the investigative actions it has resulted that this citizen, during the exercise of the duty as a notary, in 2021, by abusing the duty, has illegally appropriated considerable monetary amounts from different citizens “, it is said in the police notification.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the police continues the work for the complete documentation of this illegal activity.<\/p>\n
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District, for further procedural actions.<\/p>\n
