Kim says today&#8217;s decision of justice shows that no one is above the law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8216;We call on the judiciary to continue to demonstrate that no one &#8211; regardless of party, position or wealth &#8211; is above the law. The court upholds the first instance decision, with the change that Tahiri will serve in prison the sentence of 5 years in prison.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"tchAdBlock smallAdBlock\">\n<p>Due to the reduction of the sentence, Tahiri will spend 3 years and 4 months in prison.
