In terms of construction style, this house belongs to the modern Euro-Western architecture and is distinguished by numerous decorative elements on the outside.  As such it is one of the first houses of this style in Mitrovica and Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>The construction style of this house represents a radical turn from the construction of buildings with the influence of oriental style architecture, to the construction of buildings with the style of modern European architecture &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>The German ambassador expressed concern about the restoration plans of Xhafer Deva&#8217;s house, \u201ca well-known Nazi collaborator \/ protagonist of the infamous SS Division, Skanderbeg.
