Some of them claim that the police chased them to the flats, even through agricultural lands to penalize them.<\/p>\n<p>For decades, they have been riding motorcycles without being bothered by the traffic police even when they were aware of the violations committed in the absence of documentation or driving licenses.  Residents claim that they had the support of MP Erion Brace not to be penalized by the police but after the result of the April 25 vote, everything changed.<\/p>\n<p>DP MP for Divjaka, Ilda Dhori went to the police station to get acquainted with the situation.  According to her, the law should be implemented, but first these people had to be informed about the paths they had to follow in completing the documentation.<\/p>\n<p>The relatives of the detainees, but also some owners of these motorcycles have gone to the police doors to start the procedures of equipping them with motorcycle documentation.
