Italian media write that a piece of badly swallowed sausage may have caused him to drown.<\/p>\n<p>The tragedy occurred in Edolo, Brescia, where ambulances and helicopters arrived urgently.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We saw and heard the emergency services around 14:00 but we did not understand what was happening.  It never occurred to us that a family drama was taking place.
