We have problems in this process, I am also reminded of the practice of the last elections, I believe that this afternoon, this process will be finalized.  At most tomorrow morning we will have the members of the commissions in the CEAZ.<\/p>\n<p>In these elections, too, electronic voter identification will take place and electronic voting will take place in the municipality of Vora.  For the distribution of the material base, we have and may have problems in some remote areas of Shkodra, in some administrative units of Shkodra.  We have in fact had a request from the incumbent mayor of Shkodra to transfer polling stations from these areas where there are difficulties in areas on the outskirts of Shkodra.<\/p>\n<p>This request, although it was reasonable, as long as it did not find support in the law, we could not approve their relocation 50 km away.  This is a problem that the expected electoral reform must address.
