You know, Ukrainians can fly Russian MiG.  &#8220;But then Poland wants a return order, and that could be the F-16,&#8221; McCaul said.<\/p>\n<p>The call for the transfer of fighter jets to Poland was made today, in response to Ukrainian President Zelensky, who asked Western countries to send fighter jets to his country.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will not place our troops there, but you know what we can do to help the Ukrainian people win this war. I think the will of the Ukrainian people will essentially defeat the will of the Russian troops.  Russian troops are not in this.
