Also 7 civilians, women and children died during the bombing as they did not use the green humanitarian corridor, while trying to leave a village near Kiev.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The International Atomic Energy Agency has issued the warning that Ukraine has informed that Russia is planning to take full control of the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhia.  But this claim is denied by Russia itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Russians hit the military base in Lviv, near the Polish border early this morning local time, according to the press office of the Lviv regional government. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The IPSC is a large military base that includes a training center for soldiers, primarily for peacekeeping missions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">According to preliminary data, Russia fired eight missiles near Lviv, the regional government said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Officials are examining whether there are casualties.
