B., 57 years old, resident in Kolonj\u00eb, Lushnj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>The 60-year-old was caught red-handed after lighting several fires in the village of Ferm\u00eb Roms, and as a result 3,000 Paulonja trees were burned.  While the citizen Sh.
