It should have started on January 1 and has nothing to do with the package because you promised it in the election campaign.  So half of the measures that you say are a reaction to the crisis, are your obligations that you promised with the third term. <\/em>I have a question: When you did the tax analysis did you analyze why none of the oil extraction companies pay profit tax?  That you are saying that you do not reduce the tax to the citizens<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ibrahimaj:<\/strong> <em>I am here today in the first place to sell nothing but to show concrete measures.
