The Constitutional Court has accepted the request of Emiliano Shullazi, allowing him to leave the 41 bis regime.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to the decision of the Court, “the closure of Shullazi in the 41 bis regime is unconstitutional”.<\/p>\n

We recall that Emiliano Shullazi appealed to the Constitutional Court the decision on his stay in the isolation regime “41 bis”. Shullazi’s appeal to the Constitutional Court comes after the Supreme Court rejected his claims to leave this strict security regime.<\/p>\n

The trial against Emiliano Shullazi and his associates, which started in December 2018 on Appeal, has had an unprecedented delay, where over 40 hearings have been postponed.<\/p>\n

Emiljano Shullazi, Gilmando Dani, Endrit Zela, Endrit Qyqa and Blerim Shullazi were sentenced in December 2018 by the Serious Crimes Court to 55 years in prison for the criminal offenses “Creation of a group of criminal structures”, “Fines” and “Threats due to of duty \u201d.<\/p>\n
