The time has come to meet and talk.  The time has come to restore territorial integrity and justice for Ukraine.  This is the only chance for Russia to reduce the damage from its mistake.  Otherwise, the cost to Moscow will be so high that you will not be able to recover for generations.<\/em>&#8220;, Said Zelensky.<\/p>\n<p>From talks with mediators like Turkey, Putin managed to break his promise to meet with Zelensky.  However the day before, in his first public appearance since the beginning of the occupation, the Russian head of state said that <em>&#8220;We know what we will do next, and we will carry out the plans we have&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The big question is, what is Putin&#8217;s plan for Ukraine, especially now that Russia has suffered massive losses and things are not going as well as thought about Moscow.  Despite this, Russian troops continue to destroy Ukrainian territory, and eventually enter the center of the besieged city of Mariupol.<\/p>\n<p>So far, rounds of talks have provided little progress and both sides blame each other for violating the ceasefire to evacuate civilians.
