Although the level of football in the country is not of good quality and the national team has never participated in the World Cup, the passion for the most beautiful ball game in the South Asian country is extraordinary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>So much so that a grandstand with a capacity of 3500 people is full of 8000 fans!  At one point the stands <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/aninews.in\/news\/national\/general-news\/kerala-over-200-injured-as-temporary-audience-gallery-collapses-during-football-match20220320134402\/\">has collapsed<\/a>causing about 225 people injured, six of whom are in serious condition.<\/p>\n<p>The horror scenes took place in Malappuram city of Kerala state.
