A Pentagon staffer who assisted in compiling the report, said that there were ongoing problems with Russian troops, including food shortages and fuel shortages. <\/p>\n<p>The report from the General Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces says that Russian progress had stalled.<\/p>\n<p>On the 27th day of the occupation, Ukrainian forces retook the city of Makariv, while fierce fighting continued in other cities.<\/p>\n<p>The President of Ukraine has said that they will fight to the end, and will not surrender their cities. <\/p>\n<p>So far the city of Mariupol is the most hit by the war.
