According to the prosecution, initially there was a banal conflict between Arjan Sht\u00ebmbari and Edison Gashi.  After that, 59-year-old Sht\u00ebmbari pulled out a pistol-type firearm and fired in the direction of Gashi, but fortunately without being injured, because the pistol was blocked.<\/p>\n<p>He then shot Gashi several times with the pistol, injuring his head and ran away.
