He underestimated the strength of the Ukrainian people, the bravery of the Ukrainian people and their armed forces<\/em>&#8220;, Stoltenberg told reporters before the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>He said any use of comic weapons &#8220;would fundamentally change&#8221; the nature of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and violate international law.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The seriousness of the use of chemical weapons naturally increases even more given the risk of poisoning\u2026 there may be a spread of chemical agents in NATO territory<\/em>&#8220;, He said.<\/p>\n<p>He did not say how NATO would react in the event of such an attack.
