The intervention of the fire brigade, residents and police made it possible to save the two apartments that were endangered by the fire in the village of Kat\u00ebrlis.<\/p>\n<p>Even in the Gramsh area fires have appeared in deep mountainous areas where intervention is quite difficult.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the situation continues to be the same in the municipality of Elbasan.  A new hearth has appeared today in the village of Ul\u00ebm, Bradashesh Administrative Unit.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the dire situation created by fires across the country, in this unusual season and with normal temperatures, there are still no police arrests.  Meanwhile, the specialists of the fire services in Gramsh and Elbasan inform me that all the fires are intentional.<\/p>\n<p>Even in Elbasan, fires have started since March 20.  Currently, it is reported that there is an active hearth in the village of Dopaj, Elbasan municipality.<\/p>\n<p>In some of them it is noticed that the hearths are next to each other or hearths that are repeated in the following days.  In Plep\u00ebs and Kat\u00ebrlis, 100 hectares of oaks, shrubs and low vegetation were burned.
