Even after her calls, the police again took her by force and pulled her out of the building.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I live here, I have no house, I have nothing, I only have this thing, wherever I want<\/em><em>  to sleep tonight, no, this is my house, where will I sleep? \u201d<\/em> she said as she was taken by force by police.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer of the Italian citizen, Elona Mone said that she has a lease contract with the hotel administrator.  She confirms that the lady has not been notified.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;It has a hotel with tourists and inside it has its own furniture&#8221;<\/em>said Mone.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer of the case also states that the lady was notified on Friday and was not given time to file a lawsuit or prepare for the demolition.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The lady has requested a residence permit from the Vlora police with the address of this settlement which is being demolished.  As a result, the facility was disqualified, without anyone knowing, and a decision was issued to ascertain the administrative offense.  There is no owner&#8217;s signature, for us as a lawyer this is wrong under the law because there had to be at least one signature or refusal by the owner for at least him to follow the administrative route.  We are facing some rights that are being violated before the owner and an Italian citizen who has signed a lease for 5 years.  It is not that I agree with the illegal constructions, the state definitely has the right to intervene, but especially when it comes to the Italian state that we have friendly relations, like here, we would like the Albanians who are there to be treated with respect .  I do not know what impact we will have there and for other countries that are strategic investors in our country.  The hotel has been with tourists, who have been terrorized.
