The people who were in the vehicle, including Talo \u00c7ela, left the BMW and left.<\/p>\n<p>Dumani was injured in the shoulder during the collision in Elbasan. He is the suspected perpetrator of the murder of the Haxhia brothers in Durr\u00ebs, after the testimony of the penitent of justice, Klevis Alla, who said that the brothers were killed after being accused of not returning a significant amount of money they had left in their service. .<\/p>\n<p>Dumani is learned to have social ties with Klevis Kapllani, executed with 14 bullets on 15 September.  He is also accused of organizing the murder of Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdyl, on March 2, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>For the murder of four young people in Durr\u00ebs, Dumani has collaborated together with Talo \u00c7ela, while today he is accused of killing his brother, Bujar \u00c7ela.<\/p>\n<p>Dumani has also been linked to a prostitution ring that came to light after the denunciation of a girl from Durr\u00ebs trafficked to France.  According to her testimony, Dumani was the tutor who cheated the girls by proposing to them for marriage and in case of refusal threatened to kill their family members.<\/p>\n<p><div case against Talo \u00c7ela&#8217;s group, accused of two criminal events with 4 victims.<\/p>\n<p>The case of Besian Xhixhan, Enver Divan, Altin Ndoci and the collaborator of justice, Klevis All\u00ebn, went to trial.<\/p>\n<p>As for the defendants Talo \u00c7ela and Nuredin Dumani, the court suspended the case for a year, because they had not been arrested yet.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants are accused of killing brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia and Dorian Shkoza and Angelo Avdia.<\/p>\n<p>Talo \u00c7ela is charged with 5 criminal offenses, among them, for &#8220;murder in other qualifying circumstances&#8221;, to the detriment of the victims Dorian Shkoza, Anxhelo Avdia, Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia.<\/p>\n<p>Cela, who is on the run, is also accused of attempted premeditated murder of Irfan Haziz.<\/p>\n<p>After the assassination of the two Haxhia brothers, the prosecution merged the two files, of the Haxhiajs and the two young men who were executed on March 2, 2020, as the Haxhia brothers had acquaintances and friendly relations with the two victims, Shkoza and Avdia.<\/p>\n<p>Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia were executed less than a kilometer from the happen?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Besian Xhixha, a 30-year-old barber by profession, and Enver Diva, were paid an advance of five thousand euros by Duman, to kill Besmir Haxhina after <em>&#8220;He had fun.<\/p>\n<p>While Nuredin Dumani is under investigation for a series of events which include the murder of Anxhelo Advisa and Dorian Shkoza, against his former friend Talo \u00c7ela, he is also wanted, aggravating an additional episode such as an attempt to kill businessman Irfan Hazizi.<\/p>\n<p>All the above suspects will be in the same file, which remains difficult to prove with evidence the motives of the murders, although the main protagonist Talo \u00c7ela continues to appear in events right after the robbery of several million euros on the Rinas track.<\/p>\n<p>Even for this
