During the search of the apartment, the 42-year-old was found with a sports weapon, which he was carrying without a permit.<\/p>\n
The services of the Beach Police Station, after the report received from the citizen J. Sh. that her husband repeatedly raped her and threatened her with a cold weapon (knife), they organized the work to catch the suspected perpetrator.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the immediate intervention of the Police services, it was possible to prevent a possible criminal event in the family, as this citizen constantly raped his wife and threatened her that he would kill her with a knife (knife).<\/p>\n
Following the actions, the citizen F. Sh., 42 years old, resident in Durr\u00ebs, was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses “Domestic Violence” and “Illegal production and possession of hunting and sports weapons”.<\/p>\n
During the control exercised in the apartment of this citizen, the Police services found a sport weapon (rifle), which was seized together with the knife, as material evidence.<\/p>\n
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.<\/p>\n
