The young man has suffered severe fractures.  While in Kucova, a water tank collapsed and hit a 17-year-old girl who was crossing the street.  The girl was taken by passers-by to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>While in Dh\u00ebrmi a worker from Korca fell from the strong wind while working and was taken to hospital<\/p>\n<p>The strong wind caused the first technical problems this morning on the coast, knocking down a high voltage pole in Vlora.  The pole collapsed near the base of the pashaliman, interrupting the power supply of the Base but also of the antennas on the mountain of Karaburun.
