To date, a total of 294,508 refugees have been registered, but this number is expected to increase even more in the coming days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The current number of refugees arriving may be significantly higher due to the lack of border controls between Poland and Germany, the interior ministry spokesman said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He also reported that the majority of refugees are women, children and the elderly, as well as people with disabilities who are in constant need of medical care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The German state has made available to newcomers accommodation, offers for qualification, food, social assistance.
