Babitsky was a fierce critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin and has often been called a traitor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>He was found dead today at his apartment in Donetsk but the causes of the incident are still unknown.<\/p>\n<p>In one of his reports on the Russian war in Chechnya, he was also held captive by Russian troops.
