Aurora Guska, a lawyer who handles divorce cases at the Kukes court, says that divorces are mostly requested by women<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aurora Guska:<\/strong> <em>The number of protection orders due to domestic violence is also increasing, lawyer Aurora Guska informed me.  In some cases, men are also part of the protection order, as there are women who use violence against their husbands.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Only in 2021 the court of Kuk\u00ebs has registered 125 divorces and 63 protection orders in the family.
