Everything had to be done for an independent investigation of such horrific crimes.  Nothing can justify such cruelty.  &#8220;How much pain and how much shame&#8221;, writes the head of the government.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The dreadful images of civilians killed in <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BuchaMassacre?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#BuchaMassacre<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Ukraine?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Ukraine<\/a>by the <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Russian?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Russian<\/a> army are shocking.
