There is nothing left of him.  The airport itself and the infrastructure around it have been destroyed.  &#8220;Rockets keep flying and flying.&#8221;<\/em> said the head of the city military administration, Valentin Reznichenko, in the Telegram ..<\/p>\n<p>He added that authorities were seeking clarification of information about the victims.<\/p>\n<p>Reznichenko said attacks on the city, which lies on the banks of the Dnieper River, intensified on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The industrial city of one million people has been targeted by Russian forces since the Russian occupation on February 24, but has so far been spared major destruction.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement came after Ukraine, which opposed a Russian offensive in Kiev, envisions a renewed Kremlin attack in the east and south of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Russian forces fired shells into Ukraine&#8217;s Luhansk and Dnipro regions as early as April 10, hitting several buildings, Ukrainian officials said.<\/p>\n<p>In the central city of Dnipro, one person was injured when a building was hit, said regional governor Valentyn Reznichenko.
