The victim was sitting at the outside table of the bar, in his neighborhood, when a vehicle approached him, lowered the glass and he was shot several times with a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>The bullets caused the immediate death of the 55-year-old while other customers and employees of the bar thankfully escaped unharmed.  The perpetrators left immediately after the Shkodra police set up checkpoints on the main roads and interrogated witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>Bandula, 55, was not an unknown name to police.
