French right-wing presidential candidate Marine Le Pen said today that if she wins, “she will return to the French people a calmer and renewed referendum practice.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
“This is not a matter of the political will of the people, but a matter of the will of the people,” she told a conference, vowing that the people should dominate elected officials.<\/p>\n
