The Special Court returned the case file against former constitutional judge Fatos Lulo to the SPAK for further investigation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Sources told Anila Hoxha that the preliminary judge Flora Hajredinaj stated that the investigation has major flaws.<\/p>\n
