Ukraine has denied allegations made by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic that Ukraine’s secret service is behind a series of fraudulent bomb threats against Air Serbia flights to Russia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Vucic claims that the foreign intelligence services in Ukraine and in an unidentified European Union country are behind the threats.<\/p>\n
“Vu\u00e7i\u00e7’s statements about Ukraine’s alleged involvement in bomb threats against Serbian planes traveling to Russia are not true<\/em>“, Said the spokesman of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Oleg Nikolenko in a statement.<\/p>\n Other Serbian officials have claimed that the threats were made by Ukraine or Poland.<\/p>\n The Serbian company is the only one in Europe that has not joined the European Union sanctions for flights to and from Russia, since the outbreak of war in Ukraine.<\/p>\n Some scheduled flights to Moscow and St. Petersburg have been delayed or canceled as there have been anonymous bomb threats.<\/p>\n Vu\u00e7i ka said that although the flights to Russia will continue to be realized “because of our principles”, reports REL.<\/p>\n Serbia has voted in favor of three UN resolutions condemning Russia’s war against Ukraine, but has not joined international sanctions against Moscow.<\/p>\n The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has expressed disappointment that Serbia, a candidate country for membership in the European Union, still does not support the European bloc sanctions against Russia.<\/p>\n \n<\/p>\n top channel
