Authorities in the city of Kharkiv meanwhile are urging citizens not to go to church for Mass as there is a risk they could be hit by Russian attacks.<\/p>\n<p>The latest Russian attack on the city of Odessa has caused 5 casualties.  Among the victims is a three-month-old baby.  at least 11 people were injured.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Culture of Ukraine announces that so far the Russians have committed at least 242 crimes against cultural objects.<\/p>\n<p>An excavator was filmed digging trenches in the Donbas region, Russia&#8217;s main target in this second phase of the war.  In recent days, fierce fighting has taken place in this region.<\/p>\n<p>Several buildings and cars were burned after a strike in Kharkiv.  The city is not under massive bombardment, but is the target of random attacks.  At the beginning of the occupation in late February, Moscow tried to take control of Kharkiv, but without achieving the goal.
