{"id":44616,"date":"2022-04-23T17:32:58","date_gmt":"2022-04-23T17:32:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imalbania.com\/kosova\/35th-international-balloon-festival-opens-in-northern-france-photo-gallery\/"},"modified":"2022-04-23T17:32:58","modified_gmt":"2022-04-23T17:32:58","slug":"35th-international-balloon-festival-opens-in-northern-france-photo-gallery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imalbania.com\/kosova\/35th-international-balloon-festival-opens-in-northern-france-photo-gallery\/","title":{"rendered":"35th International Balloon Festival opens in northern France (photo gallery)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"firstP\">\n<p>The 35th International Amateur Balloon Festival with a wide display of colorful butterflies opened today in Berck-sur-Mer, northern France.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Organizer Roger Gandassi said participants could hardly wait for the event to return after a two-year hiatus from isolation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Finally the coastal town of Berck is holding the international summit again where participants fly their balloons they have been preparing for two years,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This year we have reached 400 participants who represent about 20 different countries&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Apart from Europeans, we have distant guests from Thailand, Nepal, Colombia, Guatemala and other countries,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>Local amateur Jean Paul Morin, said he was waiting for the right wind to lift his balloon:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have not yet released my latest creation, which is the Odyssey, but you can see these two that I have set up are Arcadia and Star Wars.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are still testing the wind, we have to get used to the wind here.  I do not live on the coast and the wind is different.
