“Here in Albania, as everyone knows, there are problems with organized crime. Historically, it has to do with drugs, but not just drugs. We see that they are very flexible. They have entry-exit from Albania to different countries. They are not permanently placed in any place. They move, they are very flexible.<\/p>\n
