Along the way, they saw a man returning home and talking on the phone, according to the statement.<\/p>\n<p>One of the Russians ordered a sergeant to kill a civilian so that he would not report to the Ukrainian army.  Shishimarin was shot several times from the open window of a Kalashnikov car in the resident&#8217;s head, prosecutors claim.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Shishimarin is currently in custody.  Prosecutors and investigators of the SBU have gathered sufficient evidence for violation of the laws of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
