Ajas Sulejmeni, 39-year-old who seriously injured a couple with their baby in the white lines on Kavaja Street, has been left in custody by the Court.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Before the court, Sulejmen’s defense lawyer, Elton Hyseni has requested a milder security measure, that of “house arrest”, claiming that he is the father of three minor children.<\/p>\n
Another request addressed to the court and by the lawyer, was that his client be investigated with the security measure of imprisonment for a term, until the answer of the auto-technical expertise and the answer of the urine and blood tests to see if he had consumed the drug or not. .<\/p>\n
Sulejmani himself did not say a word before the court, saying that he agreed with the lawyer. In the end the court dismissed their claims leaving them in jail<\/p>\n
There are three charges against him, that of violating traffic rules with consequence, driving illegally under the influence of drugs, leaving the scene of the accident.<\/p>\n
