RAO Nordic, a subsidiary of the Russian state energy company Inter RAO, said in a statement, adding that it had not received payment for sales in May.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This situation is extraordinary and it happened for the first time in over 20 years of our trading history,&#8221; said RAO Nordic, hoping the situation would improve &#8220;soon&#8221; and trade could resume.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Finland&#8217;s leaders said their country should apply to join NATO &#8220;without delay&#8221;
