The vaccine would be a more cost-effective alternative than the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and can be stored in a refrigerator, not at extreme temperatures like Pfizer.<\/p>\n<p>Evidence found that the Johnson &#038; Johnson vaccine is generally 66% effective when moderate cases are involved.  The company has agreed to provide 100 million doses to America by the end of June.<\/p>\n<p>The UK, European Union and Canada have also ordered doses of the vaccine.
