He said that Turkey is no longer an obstacle to Finland&#8217;s request, explaining that it is about increasing the military presence in the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Turkey has made it clear that the goal is not to block membership, so I am confident that we will resolve Turkey&#8217;s concerns, but it does not delay the process anyway.  &#8220;So my goal is to have a quick process,&#8221; said the NATO secretary.<\/p>\n<p>According to Stolteneberg, the Russian war in Ukraine is not going according to Moscow&#8217;s plans.
