With this message, the mayor Erion Veliaj addressed the residents of Unit 4 in Tirana, who added that the SP program is the best for Albania, as it helps the citizens in every station of their lives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>On the other hand, Veliaj stated that PD-LSI are a group of losers, who now have problems with SPAK.  &#8220;The biggest insult is when they bring all the losers to Tirana.  The SMI has brought here anyone who disqualifies &#8220;Vetting&#8221;, all those who have files in SPAK.  A criterion has been made: to be an SMI candidate, the bigger the file of abuses in SPAK, the bigger you have to have the tribute to spend on the campaign.  &#8220;The criterion for being an SMI candidate is SPAK&#8221;, he continued.<\/p>\n<p>The mayor added that as in any unit, even in Unit 4, there were many who left the ranks of the SMI, after realizing that it was a private party, which was dividing the left &#8220;to put it in lap of Sali \u201d.  Veliaj also said that he welcomes the newcomers from the Democratic Party, who saw that they were in a party with former communists and former security forces.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am very happy to hear that those who temporarily left the SMI are getting closer and closer, in the hope that it was a left-wing alternative.  But, they realized that it was a private party that would tear the left, put it in Sali&#8217;s lap.  Even those who are leaving the PD, I am glad that they joined us, because they realized that those who shouted &#8220;democratic freedom&#8221; were in fact former communists, former security guards.
