Despite the crowded road of the area covered by security cameras, still unidentified persons approached in front of the store with a &#8216;benz&#8217; SUV and opened fire in the direction of their target.  The 48-year-old was seriously injured in the shooting and died a few minutes later in hospital.<\/p>\n<p>To clarify the event, the police focused on the past of Arben M\u00ebrkuri, who was also known in the area by the nickname Maneci.<\/p>\n<p>He is suspected and investigated for some serious crimes but justice has not been able to put him behind bars.  Mercury is also known for its connection with P\u00ebllumb Muharrem, known by the nickname &#8216;rrumi&#8217;, described as the &#8216;strongman of Shijak&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebrkuri and Muharremi together with another person were handcuffed by the Tirana police after it is suspected that in September 2016 they raped the Lebanese businessman Faad Mitri.
