Social media model Natalie Golba says she is sad and tired of the war between the two countries, which she considers both “her homeland”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Already based in Beverly Hills (USA), the vegetarian model says for The Sun that she is shocked by the start of the conflict in February.<\/p>\n
Natalie – who is writing a new book on vegetarian food, was born in the former USSR near the Russian-Ukrainian border, and has relatives on both sides.<\/p>\n
The 35-year-old says: \u201cI feel sad and helpless. When these horrible events started I could not get out of bed for a month. “It breaks my heart to see people who were friends and family rise up against each other.”<\/p>\n
“These two nations have been connected like no other before. “I will never support the use of violence.”<\/p>\n
She says she is writing her new book of vegan cooking (without animal ingredients) entitled ‘Chef Models’.<\/p>\n
Natalie adds: “There will be many nutritious dishes that keep you in shape through vegetarian and vegan diets that help you create healthy habits.”<\/p>\n
“I do not try to make you a vegetarian overnight, but I give you the idea that it will grow inside you later. I want to introduce you to your cooking style that is not boring and does not mean that you should eat carrots and cucumbers all day “, the model writes.<\/p>\n
