As an experienced epidemiologist, he worked for many years at the aerogenic microbial ward, leading several vaccination campaigns from smallpox in 1972 to polio, the mass campaigns of Measles and Rubella in 2000-2001.<\/p>\n<p>Dr.  Lulo\u00e7i was the founder of the expanded vaccination program and together with other colleagues created the first modern refrigerated warehouse in the country for storing vaccines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\">\n<p>Rest in peace Dr.  Mimi!
