The wife of a well-known bodybuilder in Poland, has announced that Paul Poloczek has died suddenly, a few hours after taking part in a competition in Germany.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
The causes of death are unknown.<\/p>\n
Polish giant Paul Poloczek had competed in the NPC Worldwide championship in Germany a few hours before his death.<\/p>\n
It remains unclear how the 37-year-old trained died, as the cause is expected to be published after being confirmed by doctors and family, writes the British Mirror.<\/a><\/p>\n His death adds to other unexplained losses of athletes in the last year, or other physical problems that have prevented them from exercising their passion.<\/p>\n His wife gave the sad news in an Instagram post.<\/p>\n “Bodybuilding was your life. We will not forget you, you will live in our hearts, we will love you forever “.<\/p>\n Poloczek had started bodybuilding since he was a teenager, after initially trying to become a footballer.<\/p>\n He spent most of his time in Germany, where he joined Powerhouse Gym in 2002, and later became their owner.<\/p>\n Poloczek scored his first victory in bodybuilding at the age of 17.<\/p>\n He later finished second in the German Championships heavyweight category in 2012. He also won the Arnold Classic Amateur Tournament in Ohio, USA in 2017.<\/p>\n Poloczek’s death is not the only one hitting the bodybuilding sport in recent months.<\/p>\n This month Sifiso Thabethe tragically lost his life at the age of 23 after breaking his neck while performing his traditional somersault celebration.<\/p>\n The bodybuilder was competing in South Africa and the horrific death was recorded on camera.<\/p>\n \n<\/p>\n top channel
